We Can Help Your Society Reach Its Goals

The ADSA seeks to advance the art and science of pain and anxiety control, and offers numerous ways to increase value to state component society members.

Proration
Proration must be approved for each state every year. Components must ensure that all members of their Society are informed in writing of all meetings. In addition, there must be not be a charge for any member to attend the business/election portion of a meeting; though, of course, fees may be charged for those attend the educational/ social portion of the meeting.State Dues Collection

Dues Billing
The ADSA offers State Component Societies the opportunity for automated annual dues billing. State Component officers need to submit a request by May 1st of each year for members to be directly billed from Chicago. Dues collected will be disbursed on or about September 1st of the next fiscal year.

CE Course Assistance
The ADSA is able to award continuing education credits that are approved by ADA CERP and AGD FAGD/MAGD. To make certain your course qualifies, please submit the CE Committee’s Prior Approval Form to the Central Office at least 60 days before your meeting. After the meeting, the Central Office can also print and mail the completed CE Certificates to all of your attendees.

Online Services
The ADSA will create and maintain a component page online and/or provide html links to your local component’s web page.

Administrative Services
The ADSA offers many services which can make the day-to-day operation of State Component Societies easier. These include:

CE Course brochure creation and distribution

Meeting Ads in the Pulse and ADSA Online

Mailing Services, including peel-off labels for mass mailings.
